LATAM Announces Pricing of Equity Offering

Santiago (Chile), August 13, 2025 – LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (“LATAM”or the “Company”), the leading passenger and cargo airline group in South America, announced today the pricing of the previouslyannounced public secondary offering by certain of the Company’s shareholders to sell 18,000,000 American Depositary Shares ( “ADSs”),each representing 2,000 common shares of LATAM. The selling shareholders have agreed with the underwriters that the ADSs will be soldto investors in the market at a price of $42.60 per ADS. No shares are being sold by the Company, and LATAM will not receive any proceedsfrom the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholders. The offering is expected to close on August 18, 2025, subject to the satisfaction ofcustomary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting asunderwriters for the offering. A registration statement on Form F-3 (the “Registration Statement”), including a prospectus,relating to the ADSs was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on July 18, 2024 and became effectiveautomatically.
