Ryanair'sissued share capital consisted of 1,060,599,524 Ordinary Shares ofnominal value €0.006 each. Ryanair does not hold anyOrdinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number ofshares with voting rights in Ryanair is1,060,599,524.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are requiredto notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Ryanair under the Regulations, and/or the Central Bank (InvestmentMarket Conduct) Rules 2019.
