i.    PARTIALVESTING OF AWARDS MADE UNDER THE RESTRICTED SHARE PLAN2024

 

On 19 August 2025, the Company received notification of thefollowing transactions in US$0.20 ordinary shares (the "Shares") inSmith & Nephew plc (the "Company") following the vesting ofawards under the Smith & Nephew Restricted Share Plan 2024. Anumber of shares were sold to cover taxation obligationsarising on the vesting of the awards.
