The Company's issued capital as at 30 June 2025 consistedof 2,432,425,127 OrdinaryShares of 28 101/108 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with votingrights. 207,098,769 OrdinaryShares were held in Treasury, in respect of which, voting rightswere not exercised.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Companywas 2,225,326,358 andthis figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required tonotify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure Guidelines and TransparencyRules.
