DYNAGAS LNG PARTNERS LP ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR THE QUARTER ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 OF $0.050 PER COMMON UNIT

ATHENS – October 30, 2025 - Dynagas LNG Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NYSE: “DLNG”), an owner and operator of LNG carriers, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2025 of $0.050 per common unit.  The cash distribution is payable on November 14, 2025 to all common unit holders of record as of November 10, 2025.
